All content, images and product descriptions belong to EcoBaby Gear, Inc. or their respective copyright owners. Product descriptions are compiled from our manufacturer data and have been accurately written to describe the items for sale. In the rare event of a product inaccuracy, our maximum liability will be a full refund of the item's purchase price.

PRICING
EcoBaby Gear, Inc. makes every attempt to offer you products at fair prices. In the rare event that a product or shipping price is incorrect, we reserve the right to cancel an order or perform a billing adjustment after notification to you. Most of our product prices are MSRP's or MAP from our vendors. We are obligated to comply with our vendor agreements on pricing.

"FREE" SHIPPING ONLINE ORDERS OVER $80
EcoBaby Gear, Inc. offers free shipping on most orders over $80, but check with us first. in the continental US ONLY. For all INTERNATIONAL orders including Canada, Hawaii, and Alaska, please contact us by phone or email to verify shipping costs. There may be some restrictions. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to give us a call! 503-233-4167. For some purchases, particularly for furniture or larger items, our vendors require us to charge a shipping cost to our customers regardless of any free shipping offers. We charge you only the very minimum amount required by our vendors. Call us if you have any questions. If you checked the minimum shipping amount when you made your initial purchase we will subtract that amount from the total shipping due if the order qualifies for free shipping.  If you purchased a gift card online please check free shipping. We definitely will not charge you shipping to send that out.
