Shipping & returns

All products are shipped via UPS unless other shipping methods have been arranged.

We value our customers needs and the time it takes to locate products that will work best for you and your family. We appreciate the fact that there are so many possible online Ecommerce sites to purchase from that we thank you for your consideration. In some rare instances you may find the product isn't exactly what you want and would like a return.  We will cancel orders online and provide a full refund if the product has not shipped or has not been picked up in-store. We call this order cancellation. We allow returns up to 30 days. Return shipping costs are at the expense of the buyer. After 30 days no refunds or exchanges. Merchandise must be returned in original condition (unused, unworn, and unopened) with original packaging intact. All furniture (includes mattresses), strollers and carseats are considered special orders and as such are final sales and cannot be returned. The only exception, is if the order was cancelled before it was processed.
